Single room in quiet tenement flat near UofG

This room would suit a professional, mature student, or postgraduate student who can get on well with a gorgeous cat and her university lecturer owner. The room faces onto a quiet back court and has a single bed which opens into a double, a desk, and ample storage space with big drawers under the bed and a large wardrobe. It's in an attractive first-floor flat only 10 minutes' walk from Glasgow University and very close to Kelvingrove Park, the Kelvingrove Museum, transport links and lots of cool bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It was refurbished just over a year ago and has central heating, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bath, a washing machine and a large shared living room with a sofa and widescreen TV.

Being cat-friendly is essential - I am often away traveling for work, so I need a flatmate who is prepared to look after her in exchange for having the property to themselves for these periods. This is a friendly, playful and easy-to-love cat so even if you don't have much experience with cats, she will make it easy for you.

Aside from that, I am just looking for someone who I can get on with - probably someone who shares some of my interests - so why not come around to see the place and find out if we click. All bills are included - gas and electricity, Council Tax (Band C), internet, TV license, Netflix etc.
