2 Double bed rooms close to Glasgow Uni

I have 2 rooms available starting from begin of September.
One semester or 6-9 months contract in the first instance is more ideal. The flat is warm and bright with double windows. All furnitures are new.

 The flat is furnished with robot vacuum to clean, also dish washer, washing machine… We’ll share the kitchen / common room and bathroom.

Location:
- 15-20m walk to Glasgow uni, Botanic Gardens, Waitrose.
- 5m walk to Lidl, Tesco
- 10m walk to KelvinBridge or St Georges’s Cross subway station,
- 2 m walk to range of buses
- Private parking available both car and bike

Bills:
Council tax is band C. If you r student, you don’t have to pay council tax.
We will split other bills including:
Internet: £30 a month for 3 so £10 per person
Electricity and gas in winter: around 120 for 3, as it depending on how we use things.

I am quiet, but I also enjoy chatting some times when I am not too busy with work.
