Furnished with bed and some storage, but currently no chair. Can buy one for the room as required.
I work full time and am looking for someone who is reasonably clean and not too loud after 10pm on weeknights. Ideally no parties etc., though occasionally would be fine if agreed on ahead of time. Absolutely no smoking, and no pets due to allergies sorry.
Price does not include bills or council tax. Good internet (Virgin fibre) on a decently cheap tariff (around £28 total per month, so £14 per person).
5 minute walk to buses on Maryhill road, 10 minute walk to Kelvinbridge subway/GWR. 20 minutes to uni.
Paid public parking is available outside, with a resident's permit available.
