Hyndland flat for students

2-bed flat with one other girl aged 21 in her final year of studying zoology at the University of Glasgow. I am looking to replace myself for one semester between September and December, so this flat would be ideal for study abroad students coming to Glasgow. It is a gorgeous traditional tenement flat in the heart of Hyndland, minutes away from the train station, cafes and shops, with transport links to the city centre and University of Glasgow, but it's only a 15-minute walk away. It is a double room, fully furnished with a shared bathroom and kitchen/ living area. Rent is £575 pcm, bills are not included but are around £50 a month, and you must be a student as no council tax.
The ideal flatmate would be a young woman attending Glasgow Uni, clean, friendly, active in their community and respectful of others. The current flatmate is my best friend who I have lived with for 2 years, and we actually met in first year halls. She loves musicals, animals and chill evenings but enjoys going out occasionally too.
