Cheap Partick flat

The room is unfurnished and ground floor, although it’s on a really quiet street. However, the room faces the courtyard and is slightly raised, so you still get plenty of privacy. It’s also the biggest bedroom in the flat.

Rent is £462.50, council tax is £87.50 each, WiFi £22.50 (currently however I will have to take out a new contract), and bills are usually around £30–£60 depending on the season.

It’s really conveniently located as it’s close to pretty much every supermarket apart from Asda, about a 5-minute walk from Partick station, and only 2 minutes from the 2, 3 and 77 buses. It’s also nicely situated between Partick and Kelvinhall subway stations.

I work 9–5 and work from home 2 days a week. I run quite a lot in the evenings and usually go to my partner’s a couple of times a week, so the flat would be pretty quiet/free during those times. He only comes over around twice a month.

Also, the toilet and shower are separate! It’s amazing in the morning!

By unfurnished, I mean the living room will have furniture and there is kitchen appliances from my previous tenancy. It would only be your room that would require furniture.
