the flat is in Hill Head/Dowanhill (10min walk to Byres Road and subway) in a super quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything! I lived here 2 years and absolutely loved it
Room has a king bed, generous wardobre and optional desk and char (in pictures) - mirror and night stand also included
Flat is 3bed 1 bathroom - usually everyone is in different schedules so it’s never been an issue
Washer and dryer + fully equipped kitchen and a very cosy living room!!
rent is £730/month +utility bills that round up to £50 each depending on the season
