Student Flat Double With En Suit Off Argyle Street

Images to come, I'm currently doing some renovations (nothing major) but the place will be finished by the 20th of this month.

I’m an first year student looking for another student to rent a room too in a friendly, relaxed flat. I’m easy-going, respectful and tidy, and would love to find someone who’s sociable but also appreciates having their own space.

The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood just off argyle street in a very student populated area. The room advertised is a double with an en suite and a decent sized built in wardrobe which will be furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a desk. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher as well as the other standard appliances.

Theres on street parking available just outside the flat. It's a short walk from Glasgow Uni and a quick bus ride away from the city centre.
