Room in Gorgeous Woodlands Flat

my flatmate and i are looking for a 3rd person to move into our lovely first-floor woodlands flat (the flat is non-accessible unfortunately). We would be looking for someone to move in around the start of October.

The room that’s available is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom is shared and there is a separate kitchen and large living space with a lovely bay window.

Rent is 500 pcm and bills are roughly 100 each a month (this includes council tax, wifi and gas and electricity)

Me and my flatmate are easy going, friendly and we often spend time together making dinners, going to the pub and having quiet nights in. I work in a nursery and my flatmate is a tattoo artist. We are both queer and looking for someone who would be the perfect fit for the flat.
