Cosy room in Finnieston next to SEC

I am looking for someone, preferably female, to replace me in late September / early October. The 2 female flatmates are young professionals who are moving out in December, leaving the whole flat available for rent from then. The flat is furnished and cosy, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, bath / shower, and a shared living room. The area is lovely, very close to Argyle Street and all its restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as Kelvingrove Park (10-15min walk). The Exhibition Centre train station is less than a 10min walk, and the University of Glasgow is a 25min walk.
We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and up for a chat in the living room :) students or young professionals welcome, however students may need to pay council tax whilst living with non-students
