The room is river-facing and away from the main road. The shared kitchen is spacious and has two fridges. There is also a communal lounge in the building and a dedicated parcel room for deliveries.

This is not a private sublet. The tenancy transfer will be completed officially through Unite Students, and the replacement tenant will sign directly with Unite after approval.
