Large double room with en-suite in Hillhead

I have a 2 bed top flat in a Victorian townhouse conversion in Hillhead, and I’d like to get a lodger for the large double with en-suite. The flat is perfectly located in the west end with great connections to the city, and is available for move in from October 1st.

The room is south facing and gets tons of light throughout the day, and overlooks a private green space/parking area so noise pollution is minimal. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet is fast, there’s a washer dryer and a parking permit is available for application should you need it.

I’m Guy, a 32 year old tech professional with a passion for the outdoors. You’d be sharing with me, but I spend most of my time away - travelling, pursuing various sports in the mountains or the sea, or visiting my partner in Inverness, so a lot of the time you’ll have the place to yourself.

My partner has a small dog (cavapoo) who’ll visit occasionally, so you’ll have to be happy to intermittently share the space with a dog.
