Double room, in a quiet and green location

Hello, I am Jamie a third year student at Glasgow university. I am advertising a now vacant double room near in a bright and quiet flat near the Botanic Gardens and Kelvin Walkway.

Who am I looking for? Due to the landlords request you must be a student without pets. I would personally prefer if you were intending to stay in the flat for a minimum of the first university semester, although longer term would be better.

About the flat. The flat is in a green and quiet area back from major roads, but possessing its own off street parking (I believe you would need to sort a permit if you wished to use that). It is also located within 15 minutes of the Glasgow university and a short walk from the big Tesco in Maryhill and the Woodlands Lidl.

The flat itself is bright, spacious and fully furnished. Alongside your room the flat has a dining/living room, galley kitchen (with washing machine), bathroom with shower, large hallway storage rooms (one each), and a balcony. Within the building there is also a drying room on the ground floor.

Council Tax – as we would both student it would be £0
