Hi all I'm looking for a flatmate to take my place in my lovely flat in West End! I'm moving out because I'm getting engaged, but the room is spacious and only a five minute walk to a train station and wonderfully place for a student or anyone that needs to get into City Centre conveniently.
There is a cat in the flat named Nova that is absolutely adorable and very sweet. Your future flatmate is named Daniel, and is involved in theatre and the arts.
Bills are pretty reasonable and usually total out to about 130 extra a month, I have paid on average 530 total each month since I've been there. The bed, coffee table, wardrobe and bedside table will be in the room! There is also a lot of storage underneath the bed as well :)
