We are two girls in our final undergraduate year at the University of Glasgow, looking for a third flatmate to move into the largest room of our West End tenement flat.
The flat is spacious, with three large bedrooms that receive a lot of natural light, along with a modern kitchen, big enough for multiple people to cook at the same time and one bathroom. We are on the ground floor, giving us direct access to the garden, where we often socialise in the warmer months. The flat is set back from Great Western Road, giving us access to supermarkets, shops and bars, whilst being removed from the noise of the busy high street. We are a 5-10 minute walk from the Glasgow campus, Kelvingrove Park, and the subway station is right around the corner (3 mins), making it easy to commute to the city centre.
Frankie and I (Lizzie) have lived together since the first year of uni and became fast friends! We love thrifting, nature walks and finding great places to eat. We're very chatty and spend most evenings cooking and talking in the flat. We have a small social circle that we spend a lot of time with, and we would love to meet someone who would want to be a part of the fun!
We are easygoing and tidy flatmates who have worked hard to make this place feel like home, and we hope to find someone who loves it as much as we do. As long as you like a chat, I'm sure we will get along just fine.
(As students, we do not pay council tax.)
