Byres road 5 month sublet with dog

Renting my flatmates room out from November until the end of March. We are beside Kelvinhall subway station, 5 minutes from Kelvingrove park and less than 10 minutes from Partick train station. Although in a very central area, the flat itself is pretty quiet and warm during winter. Rent including all bills is £645.

The room is furnished less all the personal belongings etc.

My dog is a little old man, very gentle and good natured and never barks - you mostly won’t notice he’s here but someone that at least likes dogs would be preferred because he likes you :)

I’ll be wfh 2 days a week, I’m starting a new job in November which I expect to be a bit more intense than I’m used to so I think I’ll be trying to keep a good (quiet) routine for myself during the week but otherwise I think I’m pretty relaxed, I get on well with most anyone. Happy if you prefer to keep to yourself or socialise when we can.
