The room for rent is a small double (3m by 4m), east-facing, newly painted and carpeted. Only furnished with a double bed and shelving with hanging space below at the moment (see photos), but will be furnished according to renter's needs.
The owner/occupier is an 18 year old male student in first year at Clyde College, and is seeking someone of a similar age, male or female, to rent the room and to share communal space with.
Monthly rent of £600 includes energy bills, internet, TV license. If you are not a student then Council Tax would be payable in addition to the rent.
