Hey, my name is Dylan, and I’m looking for a new flatmate! My current flatmate has recently decided to move out, but I’d like to keep the flat, so I’m looking for someone to share it with.

The flat is in the heart of Glasgow’s West End, with great local amenities and transport links. It’s ideally located:

A 2-minute walk from Hillhead subway station.
A 3-minute walk from both Tesco Express and Iceland.
A 15-minute walk from Partick train station.
Just a stone’s throw from the famous Ashton Lane.
A 5-minute walk from the beautiful Botanic Gardens.

The flat consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a combined kitchen and living room. Everything is furnished, and the bedrooms are spacious, with high tenement-style ceilings. The shower is also hot, with great water pressure!

I’m a 26-year-old male professional who works in Falkirk three days a week and from home twice a week. I studied in Glasgow and am enjoying living in the city again.

I work 9–5, although occasionally my job takes me away at odd hours or overnight. I’m really into fitness and make time to work out at least once a day, whether that’s going for a run, hitting the gym, or training gymnastics with my trampoline club.

I’m generally quiet when I’m at home and tend to keep to myself, but I’m always happy to have a chat or hang out over a drink or two when we’re both free.

I don’t have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and I don’t smoke. However, I don’t mind living with someone who does, as long as they smoke outside.

Rent: £560 per month
Council tax: Approximately £98 per person per month (Band C)
Utilities: Approximately £60 per person per month
Broadband: £18 per person per month (fast connection)
