Beautiful, spacious flat...all to yourself!!

Hello. My name is Tommy. I live with my partner Hannah in a beautiful tenament flat in G51. We are heading away travelling, ideally from autumn until spring, and we are looking for a lodger. We will still technically live at the house for admin purposes, but we won't be there. So whoever takes the room will essentially have the flat to themsleves!! The listing is priced accordingly.

About the house: It's a ground floor tenament, 4 minutes walk from Ibrox Subway station, equipped with everything you could need to live. It has the following rooms:

- Master bedroom. This is where we live.
- Second Bedroom. This is where you will live (pictured) N. B. we are nearly finished redecorating this room so it won't be the same colour scheme as pictured.
- Third bedroom. This is my office (pictured) It has an adjustable standing desk and huge monitor, both of which i'd be happy for you to use in our absence. It can also be made into a guest room if necessary.
- Spacious living room (pictured) - It has two bay windows. Ample relaxing space. Dining table. Relatively new TV and a high end soundsystem.
- Kitchen (pictured) - Double Smeg oven. Breakfast/Dining booth.
- Bathroom (pictured) - Electric shower and large bath.
- Hallway (pictured)

The house also has ample storage space, in case you have a lot of stuff.

Some bills are included but others you will be responsible for. Council tax (band C) is already paid until the end of March so no need to worry about that. Similarly the Wifi is included. However, I would ask you to cover whatever gas and electricity charges you incur while you are the sole person occupying the flat.

If our circumstances change and we have to return from travelling earlier than expected, we can figure out a plan which works for all parties. Any time spent living in the flat while we also live there would be charged at a reduced rate, and of course bills would be shared in that scenario.

We are both relaxed, open-minded people. I am 36 and Hannah is 33. We love cooking. We love being active, especially exploring the Scottish highlands. We love travel, hence our plan to go on a road trip around Southern Europe and North Africa this winter. We love animals, especially dogs, and would be open to a lodger who wanted to bring a pet.
