It is a peaceful residential home rather than a student house, hotel or Airbnb, so it would particularly suit someone who appreciates privacy, cleanliness and a calm environment.

House rules regarding visitors, overnight guests and shared areas will be discussed before any arrangement is agreed, so that everyone living in the property is comfortable with the setup.
