I have two rooms to choose from but only renting one. Both rooms have been decorated to a high standard. There is a bathroom for your use only..
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t need full time accommodation. I’ve found someone who is here for work and going home at weekends suits me better.
You will have full use of kitchen and livingroom as well so home from home.
Looking for some easy going, clean and tidy. Get in touch if you think this is you and you would like to visit to see if we would get on.
Part of your monthly payment will be used to employ a cleaner who will come every fortnight to clean bathroom, room and change bedding ect. All bedding will be laundered for you so you just need to tidy up after yourself.
I am looking for someone closer to my age to share with and I don’t consider students.
