Entire newly renovated house to yourself

I work overseas and only come home for a week or two a year.

I have just finished renovating the majority of the house so you have all modern furnishings and fittings.

You will have a large double bedroom for a single person or couple (more expensive but happy to negotiate).

You are more than welcome to use the office space and also the home gym. Basically make yourself feel at home.

I also have a large double car driveway which you are welcome to use, as well as a large back garden with 2 sheds and a workshop space.

The train station is just around the corner (less than 1 minute walk) and this takes you direct to Glasgow city centre and west end, so covers all main universities. You also have direct access to main motorways, M8 and M74.

There are great nature walks and parks near by to explore as well.

You will have the house to your self.

I am ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will take care of my house like it was your own, as you will be the only one living there.
