Double room available to rent in a 2 bed ground floor flat in Kirkintilloch. Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom with live in landlord. All bills included. Fibre broadband. Residents' parking area. Close to kirkintilloch town centre. Easy commute to Glasgow.

I work full time in the centre of Glasgow and commute in most days. I work (sometimes very) long hours and like to watch old start trek and play Xbox in the evenings.

I don't have a dog but do sometimes dog sit so you would need to be happy with a dog being in the flat for the odd week/weekend.

I'm pretty tidy with shared spaces. Lived in HMOs for years so I know how to share.

Not massively sociable but I am friendly and easy to get along with.

Room can be easily reconfigured to fit a desk for anyone who works at home and has a large built in wardrobe.

The only part of the flat not currently being refurbished is the bathroom. Work expected to be completed by early April.
