Double bedroom in comfortable 2-bed house in Kirkintilloch – £650 pcm including bills

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to share my home in Kirkintilloch.

The house is a comfortable 2-bedroom semi-detached property with a private driveway, garage, garden and shared living areas. The available bedroom is a good-sized double with wardrobe and furniture. The bathroom, kitchen and living room would be shared.

The house is in a quiet residential area with good access to Kirkintilloch and Glasgow. Having a car is useful but there are local public transport options nearby.

The rent would be £650 per month including council tax, gas/electricity, broadband. There is also private driveway parking available.

I have a friendly Sprocker Spaniel, Murphy, so you would need to be comfortable living with a dog. She's energetic but very friendly, and the house would suit someone who likes dogs.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going, considerate and happy sharing a home rather than simply renting a room. I'm fairly relaxed and sociable but also appreciate having my own space, so I'm looking for someone with a similar attitude.

I'd ideally be looking for a professional person for a longer-term arrangement, although I'm open to the right person and happy to have a chat about what you're looking for.
