Double room available in a quiet modern flat in Lenzie.
I work away a couple of weeks every month so you would have the flat to yourself during this time.
The flat is on the top floor and has a lovely French doors balcony with a beautiful view. The Lew is a dish washer in the kitchen and a communal garden outside. Residents and visitors parking is available.
WiFi and bills are covered
I am laid back and chilled but with this being a very quiet block with babies and families the flat definitely isn’t suitable for parties.
Happy for any changes to be made in the room or flat in general to make it more like home.
I love animals so don’t mind pets within reason.
