Fully furnished room and private bathroom to rent in a large property in a gated community with views of the nature reserve (1 minute walk away).
The room has a smart tv, loads of storage, and the best views in the house.
My adult boys and I live in the house. One at college, one works full time. I work from home and my studio in town. Everyone has their own bathrooms. You would have your own large American style fridge freezer. Feel free to use the sauna, play pool, you can cold dip in the river a minute away if you like. The house is amazing. I stated preferable vegan/veggie because I am, but my sons are not so it's no bother if you eat meat. You will have option of my lovely vegan meals though (ex chef)
I run a yoga studio in the town so you're welcome to that too.
There are pets in the house. 3 frenchies and 1 cat. They are all friendly.
The house is laid back. Can go days and not run into my sons!
There's loads of parking. It's a gated community of 3 houses.
All bills included in the price and use the amenities as much as you like.
