Letting out one of my double rooms in my 3 bed flat, I live in a quiet neighbourhood next to a large green area, it’s a great location. Larkhall is in south Lanarkshire, Larkhall has a train station. The Larkhall train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Glasgow Central station is 8 stations on route from Larkhall, roughly 25 minutes commute fyi

ASDA, B and M , ICELAND and other supermarkets within 5 mins walking distance (£3.20 ) taxi if you prefer

Larkhall central train station 8 min walk , trains to Glasgow every 15-20 min

Larkhall leisure Centre with swimming pool at the end of the street with all the usual facilities classes etc.

Larkhall Main Street with lively pubs. restaurants etc 10 minutes walk or £3.20 taxi

The room is fully furnished, TV and satalight tv in the lounge, kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer, gas Hob, microwave, fridge and fitted kitchen.

The flat is an upstairs four in the block with Gas central Heating, fully doubled glazed. Towels and bed linen can be provided., Iam hoping you would prefer to bring your own. Broadband is included, all other bills are included

About me: I'm a 55 years old professional, I drink occasionally and don't smoke. I enjoy films, music, books, Gym, swimming, sauna & steam rooms.

Iam a tidy person by nature and work a regular daytime shift pattern. I don't have pets and don't want any, the least I’m expecting is a quiet tidy lodger? Any present or future partners can be visited at their residence
