I’m looking for someone to rent the spare bedroom in my two-bedroom flat in Maryhill, Glasgow, until January 2027.

The flat is a top-floor tenement with plenty of character, wooden flooring and a relaxed, modern feel. It’s a comfortable place to come home to, with a spacious living room, a separate kitchen and a shared bathroom.

The living room is being put together as a sociable space, with a comfortable sofa and TV — ideal for a chilled evening or having a few friends round. The flat has a warm, minimalist style, with natural wood, plants and artwork.

A bit about me: I’m 25, Scottish, and work hard to balance work, training and enjoying life outside of that. I’m a competitive HYROX athlete, love travelling, and have spent a lot of time exploring South America and Europe. I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy a good chat, but equally appreciate having my own space and respecting each other’s routines.

I’d like to share with someone friendly, considerate and tidy who wants a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It would be great to have a flatmate who’s happy to socialise occasionally, whether that’s watching a match, grabbing a drink or having a relaxed evening in, while we’re both able to do our own thing.
