I have a double room coming available from end of October/ early November at £675 month , all bills included.

I live in a quiet street in a comfortable and happy home -and I am close to lovely local woodland walks by the river.

Rent includes all bills

Room offers double bed with storage under bed, double wardrobe , armchair, desk and chair, bedside table and light.
Bedding available or bring your own.

I am an active professional working from home and am seeking housemates who either work quietly at home or work out of the home during the week, as I need a quiet home during the day for my work..

One other lodger in single room - professional male 30, working locally and enjoys golf.,
My preference is for longer term lets but would consider short term.

It is important to me to find the right person to share my home so I won’t necessarily be taking the first applicant.

There is shared living room space, bathroom and kitchen, also downstairs loo/cloakroom.
Off - road parking, WiFi, garden, washing and drying facilities.

I also have a lovely light spacious loft room which can be available for you to use by agreement, for activities such as writing, studying, yoga, meditation, with views to the Campsie Hills.

10 minutes walk to bus stop and 20 minutes walk to local village centre and shops and rail station - 23 minutes train commute into Glasgow centre. Easy bus journey to Vet school and Glasgow Uni.
