Short term spare room - Southside Glasgow

Hi there, I have a spare room in a great part of Glasgow, southside, very close to Queens Park, train station 7min walk from the door that gets to central Glasgow in 10mins, and a bus that goes into Glasgow from right outside the door, as well as lots of restaurants, shops and free on-street parking.
I am a freelancer in media, and I am away at the moment, possibly until Sept, so you will have the place to yourself for the most part. I am looking for a professional flatmate who is looking for something short term, or is happy to try for a few months and then see how we go.
I have lived here for 9 years and it's been a lovely quiet area with great connections to the city centre and everything Southside is walkable.
