Double room in Mount Florida to rent

Traditional Glasgow tenement 2 bed flat about ten minutes walk from Mount Florida station. Large double bedroom for rent. There is a shared living room and kitchen, and while the bathroom is technically shared I have an ensuite and rarely use it. Communal garden.

Bills come to about £150 a month per person including council tax, but not including gas which is a pre-payment meter.

The room is available as my flatmate is moving country. I have lived in the flat for about three months and haven't had any problems. I'm out fairly regularly in the evenings and at the weekend but work from home during the day. I host quite regularly as well. Happy to socialise but also don't mind if we keep to ourselves.

References and proof of income are required for the landlord.

My flatmate moves out on the 27th of June so it will not be available any earlier than that sorry!
