Looking for a flatmate for a lovely first floor flat in Mount Florida. The room comes furnished with four big wardrobes and a chest of drawers, and my current flatmate is happy to leave the single bed in the photos if you want it.

The flat has a big beautiful living room with a window seat and electric fireplace, large bathroom, kitchen with a dishwasher, and lots of storage. I'd love to decorate the living room a bit more so any decor, plants etc you'd want to bring is very welcome, and we could shop for cute stuff together to make the flat feel as much yours as mine!

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Mount Florida train station, 5 mins from Queen's Park, 5-10 mins from a small Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury's, and Lidl and Asda are a 20 min walk away.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, Vera :) I'm 28, from Finland but have lived in the UK for 10 years. I work in hospitality and studied history and archaeology. In my free time I'm usually at ballet class, reading, going on long walks, or doing yoga. I'm looking for someone who thinks of their home as a calm relaxing space and takes care of it - I don't mind if it gets a bit dusty sometimes but I do like the flat kept looking nice and things in their right place. If you wanted to have a cup of tea or a glass of wine together every now and then (maybe with a jigsaw puzzle, I'm trying to do more of them) I'd be up for it, but equally if you just want a friendly considerate flatmate relationship while doing your own thing that's also great. This flat would be a great fit for someone who likes their own space as I also spend time at my girlfriend's place so you'll have the flat to yourself a couple of nights per week.
