I’m looking to rent out my spare room. It’s pre-furnished with a matching mahogany wardrobe, bed, side cabinets, desk and chest of drawers. Everything but the wardrobe can be taken out on request if required for additional space. It faces on to a nice communal garden and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to Mount Florida station and Queen’s Park.

I’m a professional who works in the public sector. I’m not too fussy and happy to hear any enquiries. Slight preference towards musicians or people who share my interests. Feel free if to get in touch if you are interested, and I’m happy to discuss more details, arrange a viewing etc.
