Welcome to my listing.

I take a lot of pride in keeping it clean and optimum for myself and guests alike.

I am usually at the property only 1-2 days a week, so never in your way, but I am always a call or message away.

The room is fully furnished; bed, side table, TV (no subscription included), wardrobe and is available immediately.

Additionally, the use of internet, washing machine, kitchen equipment and utensils are all included.

The process to rent is it quite simple:

1. I require a Proof of ID - passport
2. I require a Proof of employment - I will contact your current employer to verify a couple of details
3. You are sent a rental agreement to review and sign, and pay the deposit (£550) to secure the room
4. Pay the first rent when you move in on the agreed date.

NO Couples, Smokers, Vapers or Pets.
