Hello there :)

Our 3(ish) bedroom / 1 bathroom, south-facing traditional tenement building is a sun-trap in the warmer months and provides good warmth and shelter in the colder ones.

A stones throw away from Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow University and the Botanics. Partick train station is a 2 minute cycle away and Kelvinhall is only a couple of streets away from us. We are spoilt for choice when it comes to independent cafes, bakeries, refill shops and restaurants - we are surrounded - a sourdough and artisan cheese lover's paradise!

We are looking for someone to share our space with, who would also be comfortable sharing with a family (we have an amazing little child). Your room and the living room are south facing.

We are a professional couple who work and study in architecture and mental health.

Whilst we do have a deep appreciation for quiet, mindful living, we do also have a young child, so it is important to seriously consider whether this is a commitment that you are comfortable with.

The room is double and it comes furnished.

Double - £680 all included (CT + Water, Electricity / Gas, Internet (500mbs), TV License

Internet: City Fibre (500mbs)
Room Furnishings: Bed, clothes rail / wardrobe, draws, chair, wall-art, plants and chair

We welcome applicants who would be happy to share communally all kitchen utensils, wherever possible.
