Looking to fill a double room in our 3 bed flat in Partick. Incredibly well lit and conveniently located next to several modes of public transport as well as supermarkets, cafes, and the uni.

Flat is well maintained and on the first floor, double glazed and with two large storage cupboards & gas stove. Landlord/agency is super diligent w repairs and incredibly helpful, I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and have never had any issues.

Rent is £467, wifi £7.34, council tax (band C) £65.67 & bills brings the total to around £550 — much lower in the warmer months.

Deposit is £533.33, ideally 1st Dec move in but could be adjusted as current flatmates already moved out. The double bed could also be switched to a single if preferred.

I’m currently working a 9-5 full time and the other remaining flatmate has just finished her masters degree. Students are welcome but would be expected to contribute towards council tax (possibly lower after discount).
