Looking to fill a double room in our 3 bed flat in Partick. Incredibly well lit and conveniently located next to several modes of public transport as well as supermarkets, cafes, and the uni.

Flat is well maintained and on the first floor, double glazed and with two large storage cupboards & gas stove. Landlord/agency is super diligent w repairs and incredibly helpful. Current flatmates are both working full time — students welcome but would be expected to contribute towards council tax (lower after discount).

Rent is £467, wifi £7.34, council tax (band C) £60.67 & bills brings the total to around £550 — much lower in the warmer months.

Deposit is £533.33, ideally 1st March move in but could be adjusted for earlier if needed. The double bed could also be switched to a single if preferred.
