My flatmate is moving out at the end of April, so I’m looking for a female working professional (aged 22–28) to join our lovely 3BHK HMO flat.

🏠 About the Flat:
• Total rent: £1,320
• The available room: £415/month
• Bills (shared equally and tend to vary):
• Council Tax: around £70
• Internet: around £20
• Electricity: around £45-50
• Deposit: £1,200
400 Deposit and 800 advance 2 months rent (Can be paid in instalments, subject to agreement with the previous tenant)
• Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet
• The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, built-in closet, table, and drawer
• The flat itself is also fully furnished, so you’ll have everything you need 😊
• This is an HMO flat, and you will be added to the lease
