One room available in Partick

Hello all,
There is one room available as of the beginning of June in a 2 bedroom flat here in Partick.
The base rent is £600 a month and £205 a month for bills including gas, electricity, broadband and council tax.
I will be arranging the direct debit for the bills to come out of my account so a standing order being set up to send half of the amount to me would be preferable.
I am ideally looking for another professional working full time who's clean, considerate of noise, and organised with bills.
The neighbours are very friendly and the block of flats is quiet in a great location with every ammenity available within walking distance.
