I am moving out so have a room available in a flat share from September the 1st. It is only a 10 minute walk to the university of Glasgow and you will be sharing with two current students (both female) so we are looking for another female student or someone willing to pay the council tax (band D) . The property is three bedroom with HMO, has a dining kitchen (with a sofa) and bathroom. There is a Tesco express, bus stops, and the subway within a 5 minute walk and a larger Lidl, Morrison and Partick station about 10 to 15 minutes away. Bills are included, the only additional cost is £12 a month for internet. There is parking available by permit and the room includes a desk, wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. There is lots of storage in both the kitchen and two large cupboards.
