Looking for a quiet and tidy female flatmate. No bed frame yet in the photos, but it will arrive this week. You’ll have your own bathroom outside the room. Kitchen and living room are shared.

Rent is £700/month, bills not included — electricity, gas, and internet split evenly. Prefer someone working full-time. If you’re not employed, you’ll need to pay six months’ rent upfront in full. Council tax band E, epc rating B.

You’re welcome to bring friends over but boyfriends are not allowed to stay overnight.
