Furnished Double Room in Glasgow West End

Looking for a friendly and respectful student to take over my double room in Partick.

The room is very spacious and comes with a bed, mattress, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There are three good sized windows to let in plenty of light and air. There is also plenty of space for a desk, as can be seen in the photo.

There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom; which you will be sharing with the current flatmate who is a masters student.

Partick is a lovely place to live with supermarkets a short walk away, and plenty of pubs and cafes in the area!

It is a really great flat as it is a quiet area and top floor so no upstairs neighbours!

6 min walk to Partick Station
20 min walk to Uni of Glasgow
11 min walk to West End Retail Park

Council Tax band E

Landlord references and guarantors are necessary as the lease is with Western Lettings and these are their requirements.

We will not be doing viewings until after the 9th as my flatmate is away.
