* Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi (great for online lectures & streaming!), new gas central heating, and a shared garden space.

You’ll be sharing with me, a female student in my 20s. I am friendly, easygoing, tidy, and independent, but also love catching up over a coffee, cooking together, or having a chill movie night when nit busy with classes and work! I also enjoy going to the pub, catching up with friends and going to concerts.

* University Commute: Just a 15 minute walk to Glasgow University! And, approx 25 mins public transport Strathclyde and Glasgow Cali!
* 10 minute walk to Byres Road
* On-street permit parking available
* Transport: 10 minute walk to Partick Station, that has bus, train, and subway links.
* Local Area: Safe area with supermarkets close by (Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons & Lidl), cute cafes, study spots, and parks all within walking distance.
