Room available in a cosy home, at Merrylee

Hi, my name is Anna and my flatmate (M) and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate, ideally for long term. Be aware, you'll be exposed lots of doggies and all the love that comes with them!

The bedrooms are facing east, living room kitchen, bathroom and the patio are facing west so sunbathing in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets to enjoy. The room is just under 10m² with a cupboard, you can also make use one of the cupboard in the corridor and an extra outside covered & safe storage below the flat. What makes this room unique is the bed that is adjustable. During the day you can pop it up and enjoy the whole room, overnight just let is down and head to bed. You're very welcome to change the room to your liking, paint the walls, have shelfs etc. As of this moment there is no desk but I can get one if needed. The corner 'couch', feel free to keep in or replace it. It your room, make it your own

I do dog walking and boarding so sometimes we have multiple doggies in the flat. That being said, we are looking for some who is a dog person, comfortable and confident with them'. The the uniqueness (coolness 😎) of the room, the nature of my occupation requires in person viewing. Please keep this in mind when you message me.

My previous flatmates worked from home, never had an issue with the dogs as I can control the pooches. We have fast Internet with the router right at your door so you can connect directly to the router too.

As much we respect and value our own space, we would like to have someone who won't be a stranger and we can share meals, watch movies etc. Someone I can leave Alma home and everyone feels comfortable and loved.

Prefered vegetarian, someone who values healthy meals.
