Hello, I'm looking to rent out my spare room. I live in Newlands, a short walk to Shawlands/Strathbungo. The flat is close to buses (38, 4, 3), and a train that go straight into the city and the 3 bus that goes straight to the West End. Pollock Park is a short walk away and there are a bunch of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants close by.
I'm going back to uni to study part time, so won't be paying council tax. All bills will be included if you're a full time student, if not, you'd need to cover council tax which is around £110.
I like a chill living space and it would be nice to live in a friendly atmosphere, with the occasional movie night. But, also, value my own space.
