Double Bedroom

Double Bedroom: A bright, furnished room is available to rent in a clean and peaceful home with a shared bathroom in Rutherglen. The room comes with a small-double divan base plus mattress, built-in mirror wardrobes, and a desk, and is perfect for a tidy and responsible individual.

Single Bedroom: Additionally, an unfurnished single bedroom is available to rent in the same property. I have previously used this as my home office but can comfortably fit a single bed, desk and wardrobe in this bright but quaint room. Perfect for an organised individual.

Rent includes 1GB Wi-Fi, Utilities, Council Tax (Band B) and Toiletries + Cleaning supplies. The location offers access to public transport links via Castlemilk Road or Croftfoot train station, 5-10 minute walks to two local parks, and local shops for amenities and groceries.

You’ll be sharing with two cats, and myself, who value a calm and clean living environment. We are looking for someone who shares the same values: no smoking, no drugs, and a commitment to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Pets are considered on a case by case basis so please let me know more if you have a fur baby, unfortunately dogs/birds will not be considered.

Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 8 AM to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for professionals or students who appreciate a peaceful home after a long day.

I’m a full-time student studying my second year of an HND and also work part-time, so having a clean, calm, and low-stress home environment is really important to me. I work from home a couple of days a week, so I'm often around during the day. In my downtime, I enjoy yoga, bouldering, cooking, and the occasional video game. I also love a good brunch or coffee date, so it would be great to live with someone I get along with and maybe share the occasional hangout.
