Large room with double bed in a quiet, clean two-bedroom Shawlands flat for another male flatmate.

Situated in a residential street near Crossmyloof Station and the main streets of Shawlands, it's on the 2nd floor of a traditional tenement block with door entry system, shared back patio and on-street parking.

You would have one of the two bedrooms with ample clothes storage, and shared use of the living room with two sofas and dining recess, bathroom, kitchen and utility room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas central heating and shower, domestic broadband, TV and everything you need for living.

It's quiet yet well connected, with only a 2-minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and train station one stop from Glasgow Central. There are cycle storage sheds on the street which you can rent from the provider if you are a cyclist.

Bill are included in the rent. I would be open to a Monday-Fridays let although you would still be registered on the Council Tax form as a resident. No couples, or big parties or gatherings!

It is a sociable gay-friendly flat, and occasional overnight guests with prior agreement. I currently work away and only use the other room about one long weekend a month. Available from end August.
