I'm currently using the front bedroom .
Back double bedroom (£650 - excluding bills) has views on to the river and river tree-line with brand new en-suite shower/toilet in it so smaller than front bedroom...still nice size.
Washing machine is now in its own separate laundry room - separate from the open-plan living room to control noise.
Flat is end of a cul-de-sac in a super quiet street with parking in front...but just round the corner from all the shops and cafes/foodie places on Kilmarnock Road.
You'll be sharing with another person ultimately - not me - once I leave.
Very decent lower Band C - Council Tax for this grade of flat.
