This is a generously sized double room in a tenement flat in Shawlands.
There's a dishwasher and all the usual stuff, plus a desk in the bedroom if needed.
Bills will be split depending on usage and are usually 120 each (inc utilities, internet, and council tax)
I'm a mid 30s professional (NHS) working 2 to 3 days per week from home.
You would also be sharing the common areas with Rohan, a Labrador retriever puppy.
