Fully furnished and decorated one-bedroom flat on Deanston Drive in the Shawlands, just a 5-minute walk from Queen’s Park. And a 10-minute walk away from the nearest train station.

Top floor (3rd floor) of a traditional Victorian tenement, the flat has high ceilings, double-glazed windows and gas central heating. It’s a quiet, bright and fully set up and ready for someone to move straight in.

We’re ideally looking for someone (one person or a couple) for around six months or so, but we’re flexible and happy to chat about shorter or longer stays. More than anything, we’d love to find someone who will really enjoy the flat and take good care of it while they’re there.

Just to be completely open – the property is technically a two-bedroom flat, however one bedroom is being used by us for storage. You would have full use of the rest of the flat and complete privacy, and we won’t be living in the property at all during your stay. In practice, you will be living in the flat on your own.
