This is a lovely living space with en suite, modest / occasional kitchenette area with FF and sink, a large corner sofa, dining area and a sleeping loft with a comfy double bed along with shared utility room facilities with washing machine and tumble drier.

The garden room also has it's own access.

The view is onto the garden with tranquil and pretty with a large dining table.

There is plenty of parking and we are 2 min walk from Shawlands station and 6mins to Crossmyloof station so brilliantly connected.

We are a stone's throw from the buzz of Shawlands but nestled in the quiet traditional area of Waverly Park.

We are a friendly family with young adult children and an adorable small dog.

We are super flexible regarding the duration of the lodging but will require references and a deposit regardless.

This space is suitable for a single working person who is looking for a flexible arrangement and who is clean, non smoking and quiet living. The bills are included.
