Double Room in 2-bedroom flat in Shawlands

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath flat in Shawlands. The flat is furnished but needs a few cozy touches so it would be great if you have some decor and good taste :)

- 550ppm + bills
- Council tax band C (though I have student exemption)
- Unfurnished bedroom (option to use a set of drawers and nightstand that I have)
- Starting May but flexible
- Short walk to Pollokshaws East, multiple bus routes, Tesco Express, Morrisons, and Lidl, Queens Park and Pollok Park

A little about me: I'm Andy, 29, they/she. I'm currently a Masters student at Glasgow Uni. I love lazy days reading on the couch, long walks and talks with friends, exercise classes, crafts, leftist community organizing, and spending time in nature. I have a playful, sweet, and slightly chaotic cat named Harry! He does well with other animals but needs a flatmate who understands cat body language or is in general very perceptive and gentle!

Me and Harry are looking for someone friendly, kind and conscientious who takes initiative in helping keep the home super clean, tidy, and comfortable. I do my own thing during the day but love to have a flatmate to chat with in the evenings and occasionally share a meal or an outing. Ideally mid 20s - 30s or in a similar stage of life.
