Short Term Double Room in Shawlands

Hello! Just putting out feelers for a temporary flatmate in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath flat in Shawlands. It is a bit of an unusual situation because I am moving out at the end of September but there might be the option to take over the lease from me (landlord willing) if you would like to stay once I'm gone. The flat is furnished but the room is not.

- 550ppm + bills, flexible bc of the situation
- Council tax band C (though I have student exemption)
- Unfurnished bedroom (option to use a set of drawers and nightstand that I have)
- Starting August 25th but flexible
- Short walk to Pollokshaws East, multiple bus routes, Tesco Express, Morrisons, and Lidl, Queens Park and Pollok Park

A little about me: I'm Andy, 29, they/she. I am just ending a Masters at Glasgow Uni. I love lazy days reading on the couch, long walks and talks with friends, exercise classes, crafts, leftist community organizing, and spending time in nature. I have a playful, sweet, and slightly anxious cat named Harry.

Me and Harry are looking for someone friendly, kind and conscientious who takes initiative in helping keep the home super clean, tidy, and comfortable. I do my own thing during the day but love to have a flatmate to chat with in the evenings and occasionally share a meal or an outing.
